Job description :
Job Responsibilities:
*
Full spectrum of HR functions which include employee relations, compensation and benefits, immigration, expatriate management, relocation of staff in the Asia Pacific region, recruitment, legal and contractual matters.
*
Assist in the development & maintenance of local HR tools and processes, ensuring consistency with local employment practice.
*
Maintain HR database system and personnel files, ensure data accuracy.
*
Ensure employment components are in line with local and global policies and legislations.
*
Assist and/or manage HR projects as required, including the development and implementation of global HR policies, tools and practices.

Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
*
Diploma or Degree in HRM or in any business discipline
*
At least 3 years of HR experience as a regional HR generalist
*
Hands-on experience in day-to-day HR administration operations, recruitment, employment development planning etc.
*
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to multi-task
*
Excellent oral and written communication skills
*
Good HR and IT management system/tools skills
