Responsibilities:
# Consultation and management of both clients and candidates.
# Identify business opportunities by prospecting new clients through telemarketing, market research and business visits
# Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent
# Screen, select, evaluate and conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates to match clients’ requirements

* A diploma or degree in any discipline
* Able to multi- task and an excellent team player
* Bilingual in English and Chinese
* Able to work in fast paced environment
* Possess high optimism with a never-say-die attitude
* Resourceful, motivated, high perseverance
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Possessing an exceptional zeal in the “people business” and sales oriented
