Job description :
Responsibilities: * To provide legal advice for commercial transactions including reviewing and vetting of sales contract agreements; and structuring of commercial transactions * To manage legal risks in matters relating to customers and suppliers * To support and advise commercial counterparts in the management and resolution of commercial issues and disputes
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * Bachelors Degree in Law or any related studies * 3 to 6 years of working experience in managing or advising on contractual/commercial matters * Knowledge on commercial and contractual law * Good interpersonal and communication skills
