Job description :
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operation of sales department: plan and implement strategies to achieve sales target, network and build up customer base
* Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle from identifying prospects, leads generation, product demonstrations and sales presentations,
* generating sales revenue for new and existing markets to achieve assigned sales targets
* Identify clients’ needs and present appropriate solution
* Pre-sales and after sales support
* Provide competitive analysis for management planning
* Develop and execute marketing programs to build brand and product awareness
* Establish good working relationship with prospects, clients, Architects, Consultants, Developers and Contractors

Qualifications :
Requirement:
* Minimum diploma holder in Business/ Marketing/ Engineering discipline
* Minimum 1-2 years of corporate sales experience with good track records
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good account management skills with excellent follow-up ability
* Prior work experience involving Mechanised Parking system, lifts, construction related industries dealing with Property owners, Developers, Architects and Consultants will be an added advantage
* Able to work independently and as a team
