Job description :
The Job: * Draft and review a varied range of commercial, financing and corporate agreements * Review and advice rights and liabilities of existing commercial, financing and corporate agreements * Advice on regulatory and compliance issues for a listed entity * Provide legal support and deal with external legal counsels for business development activities, including overseas M&A and joint ventures
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * At least 5 years post-qualification experience in corporate legal work (including M&A and joint ventures) either in a law firm and/or in an in-house position in a corporation * Experience in compliance issues and requirements in an SGX public listed corporation
