Job description :
The company is one of the world's leading brokers with a global presence and regional exposure across Asia. Following a period of continual growth they are keen to recruit a Vice President for the Legal and Compliance division.
The role will entail providing legal advice and guidance in respect of general corporate and commercial law such as draft, review and vet contracts and agreements. In addition you will be heavily involved in the carrying out of legal and regulatory compliance activities and drafting of ISDA documentation, therefore a vast knowledge of both local regulatory requirements and ISDA is essential.

Qualifications :
To qualify, individuals must possess:
* Degree in Law
* A minimum of 5 years relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal environment
* In depth knowledge of local legislation such as Commodity Trading Act and Singapore Exchange Rules
* Knowledge of OTC derivative products and FX products would be beneficial
* Experience in drafting ISDA documentation
* Technical knowledge of over-the-counter energy and commodity market would be advantageous
* Ability to perform well under pressure and to strict deadlines
