The company is a reputable foreign bank is looking for dynamic individual to join their team. Responsibilities: * Responsible for counselling and advising on legal actions & operating areas * Assist Head of Department to review & prepare legal contracts and documents * Liaise with external counsel on legal issues * Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * Degree in Law with at least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Banks/Financial Institutions/Law Firms * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Relevant experience in general industry will be considered
