Audit - Compliance Executive

Job description :
Responsibilities: * Conduct periodic independent compliance/operational audit checks and investigations, including audit inspections * Develop and update audit program * Evaluate and assist in drawing up guidelines on internal controls * Review and make appropriate proposals on internal policies / work processes to ensure compliance with prevailing internal/external requirements
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * Diploma / Degree holder with at least 1 -3 years of experience in a compliance and/or audit role within the insurance industry * Good understanding of insurance operations, processes, product knowledge and regulations pertaining to the Insurance Industry would be an advantage * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Confident, independent, self-motivated and pro-active * Good time-management, willing to take up challenges and work under pressure
