Job description :
Responsibilities: * Responsible for P/L of all outlets * Ensure the implementation of all policies & all legal documents are readily available * Consistently review developed & updated periodical management reports and provide solutions on operational issues. * Formulate policies and guidelines on operations issues * Recognize training needs and opportunities of the team in order to develop an efficient & effective department to ensure growth and continued profitability. * Be well informed on trends, market competitors and industrial relations activities * Ensure project objectives are within budgeted cost to meet profit targets * Prepare operating budgets, making sure that all profit and cash flow is within the agreed objectives

Qualifications :
Requirements: * Min. Diploma with relevant experience. * At least 8 years' retail or sales management experience * General management in retail operations. * Proven track record of management and leadership skills * Possess positive attitude and profit driven mindset, with an ability to strike a balance between work-orientation and people-orientation
