	Job description : Responsibilities: • Be the key driver and provide leadership in the finance function which spans across Financial Accounting, Treasury, Project Financing, Cost Management, Risk Management, MIS to achieve operational effectiveness • Provide strong partnering with the businesses to meet the growing needs in their regional projects and activities • Ensure quality and integrity of the finance management & statutory reporting to Management and the Board of Directors

	Qualifications : Requirements: • Good degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a reputable university and a CPA or CA qualification • At least 12 years of financial management experience with strong cost management, risk management and some treasury experience; project financing experience is definitely advantageous. Experience in driving the finance function of a company to a public listing or has worked in a local listed company is preferable • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing the finance function of a sizeable commercial organization • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to be a change agent
