Job description :
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the Finance Department and all aspect of the accounts and finance operations of the Group
* Ensure monthly accounts closing activities are completed timely, perform consolidation of the Group
* Responsible for the full spectrum of activity, analysis, budgeting/forecasting and management/statutory/SGX reporting
* Monitor Group Companies performances across region
* Leading a finance team
* Fully in charge of the entire spectrum of Singapore office’s operation in financial analysis, budgeting, market intelligence and to provide strategic financial advice to the senior management in driving the Group’s business
* Handling external parties, including bankers, auditors, corporate secretary, lawyers, analysts, press media, shareholders and all investor relations matters
