Job description :
The company is a leading training/education service provider, is currently looking for an experienced Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop and implement mid-term to long-term operating strategy, annual plans and budgets to meet organizational performance targets and timeline
• Lead the development and implementation of new project initiatives and solve critical operation issues
• Lead the quality management team, review and improve current standard operating procedures and processes and oversee the development and integration of the Training Management System
• Review MIS reports, key performance target and identify areas where efficiency and effectiveness can be improved
• Monitor the performance and compliance of each business unit against their targeted performance and approve corrective actions to achieve annual operation plan and budget
• Supervise and balance the allocation of work across direct reports, review and provide timely feedback to them regarding performance; mentor, develop and motivate them
• Meet strategic clients and stakeholders to understand and address their concerns and direct implementation of corrective measures to improve operations efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications :
Requirements:
• Degree or Masters in Business Management or Engineering
• Prior experience in leading quality improvement methods such as Six Sigma, ISO 9000 family, total quality management
• Minimum 10 years in operations management with 5 years in Senior Management position
• A good track record of break through achievement to bring operations performance to new heights
• Experience in leading several functional portfolios and strong operational management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
