Compensation & Benefits Manager - Regional Role , Singapore

Job description :
Responsibilities * Review, design and develop strategic total compensation, incentives programme, welfare and benefits policies & procedures for all levels * Handles the implementation and administration of the salary and benefits programs * Conduct job evaluation, compensation and benefits benchmarking and analysis against industry trends * Prepare annual salary review and performance bonus budget and drive the annual performance. * Identify areas of long term strategic development with the compensation and benefits environment and build business cases to support their implementation. * Critically evaluate existing compensation and benefits offerings in the light of market practice and develop new ideas to generate higher levels of employee perceived value * Ensure that the compensation and benefits policies and procedures will meet business objectives. * Create reward strategies for the attraction, motivation and retention of talents. * Develop and deliver communication and feedback mechanisms to ensure employee and manager knowledge of Compensation and Benefits programs at high level

Qualifications :
Requirements * Bachelors’ Degree with experience working in a MNC environment with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits on a regional exposure level, Asia Pacific * Preferably with electronics industry and with some years as a Generalist role and then moving on to a specialist role in Compensation and Benefits * Must be familiar with the various tools and packages used in C & B. * Strong conceptual and analytical abilities, proactive, hands-on and ability to multi-task and work under pressure * Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret complex data and presentation to management will be essential * Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all levels in the company * Meticulous, organized, resourceful and able to work independently
