Job Description * Responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations of 3 holiday resorts in Singapore. * Provide the leadership to inspire the resort team members to provide the highest quality of guest services and ensure the well being of our guests in the resorts. * Oversee the processes to ensure guest satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the resorts’ service standards and financial objectives. * Also add-value to the business with a focus to develop and implement strategies to improve the operations and occupancy rates.

Qualifications :
Requirements * Recognised Degree/ Professional Qualification with relevant experience in the similar capacity * Demonstrate extensive experience in hospitality, hotel or resort operations * To be based in Singapore for this position
