Responsibilities:
• Ability to work easily and effectively across international borders
• Setting and ensuring budgets
• Regular overseas travel
• Growing this business and developing the employees to their maximum potential
• Design, develop and implement strategic plans for the company in the most cost effective and time efficient manner;
• Responsible for both the day-to-day running of the company and developing business plans for the long term future of the organization;
• Responsible for improving delivery and quality within company and for clients;
• Effective interaction with employees, partners and customers to ensure profit margins are maintained and improved;
• Develop and launch new services, while maintaining quality of current operations

Qualifications :
The Person:
• Based in Singapore
• Relevant Degree or at least 10 years experience and proven track record in a similar position
• A native English speaker
• Background in travel or medical industries
• You have a strong interest in medical travel
• You are a trouble shooter and energetic.
• You identify, address and solve any and all issues
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment within a new and rapidly developing market and company
• Analytically minded with an eye for details;
• Great interpersonal, communication, organization and diplomatic skills to deal with regional and international cultural issues;
• You have the experience and ability for this position

Experience :
• A plus; cultural experience and proficiency in a 2nd or 3rd language, such as Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indonesian, Arabic, Malaysian, Taiwanese, Russian, German or other European languages.
• Absolutely no 9-5 mentality, you are hard working, comfortable with a flexible schedule, job focused and ambitious, only these people will be invited for an interview.
