Job roles & responsibilities * Lead sales team to achieve annual sales plans & increase market share. * Develop, drive sales strategy & target sales penetration for Singapore Market Sectors & key customers. * Participate actively to develop & formulate sales & marketing strategies for market positioning, branding & pricing strategy to bring about desired results. * Execute operational excellence activities.
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * Minimum Degree in Business /Commerce /Sales & Marketing. * Minimum 15 years experience in FMCG /Consumer Electronics industry * Computer literate. * Good leadership skills. * Self-driven, analytical, a good team player with a positive attitude * Good communication & interpersonal skills. * Able to adapt to a fast paced environment & meet tight deadlines * Ability to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.
