Job description :
Responsibilities
*
Support and maintain a Quality Management System which is approved and based on aerospace requirements (e.g. EASA Part 21 & AS9100) and/or customer and other regulatory requirements (e.g. OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001) as necessary
*
Execute the internal audit program to measure the overall effectiveness of the quality management system
*
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs) to resolve quality related issues and lead root cause/corrective actions to prevent recurrence through internally developed tools
*
Participate in all Lean/Six Sigma activities to drive continuous improvement
*
Respond to requests related to quality issues and drive customer satisfaction programs
*
Identify and execute projects leading to standardization
*
Simplify and improve existing quality systems
*
Conduct ESDS, IPCA and QMS training to production/ manufacturing/ engineering staff
*
Maintain and regulate authorization system for product release

Qualifications :
Prerequisites
*
Degree or Diploma preferably in Electronics or Industrial Engineering
* Min. 5 years of experience in PCB, PCBA or electronics manufacturing processes
*
Experience in handling mechanical products would be an added advantage
*
Good understanding of Quality Management requirements (EASA, AS9100)
*
Candidates that are trained Lead Auditors and/or Certified IPC-A-610 personnel (CIS/CIT) are preferred
*
Knowledge of supplier quality management
*
Familiar with statistical process control techniques and tools
*
Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing environment
*
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
*
Able to manage multiple projects while working effectively in a team environment
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (namely, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
