Job description :
Job Scope:
* Plan, organize and control all activities within all sections to satisfy the requirements of customers and to ensure profitability for the Company
* Ensure that the logistics operations are operating at an optimum manner
* Achieve high operational excellence on all warehouse related activities and ensure the warehouse facilities comply with GxPs (GMP,GDP,GSP) standards.
* Lead in driving excellent relationship with customers and to ensure customer satisfaction
* Manage the warehouse/distribution operations within the budget whist delivering all expected KPI established
* Collaborate with call-centre and key accounts departments to deliver optimal services to suppliers.
* Drive continuous productivity improvement and also ensure safety and security in the warehouse
* Conduct and coordinate twice a year full stock take and achieve stock take variance within the acceptable limits agreed
