Regional Supply Chain Director, Singapore

Job description :
The Job:- § Participates in the development of the division manufacturing plan. § Establishes materials schedules and floor schedules to meet the manufacturing plan. § Manages inventory planning to support production schedule without kit shortages § Plans requirements for purchasing materials or services, and ensures delivery of materials to production consistent with established schedules. § Ensure optimum inventory levels and verifies inventories by overseeing the conduct of physical inventories § Manages variance exposure minimization, creates and monitors action plans to address and resolve variance issues, develops and implements business processes to address short-term or long-term issues. § Implements and maintain physical distribution procedures, work authorization, dispatching and expediting procedures, and floor scheduling/shop loading procedures. § Manages on-time material delivery, provides guidance to direct reports on complex delivery issues § Work with internal customers, manufacturing, engineering, marketing and spares to understand overall requirements § Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :
The Candidate: * MS/MA/MBA degree * 12 years of process analysis experience in semiconductor equipment industry * 8 years of management experience * In depth knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, materials management, manufacturing process, business fundamentals/finance, knowledge of commodities and an understanding of commodity strategies. * Strong products/parts knowledge, strategic thinking and planning * Good financial management, resources leverage, leadership and change of management skill. * Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, relationship building abilities * Comes across with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Good presentation skills, negotiation skills, mentoring, influencing and supervisory skills * Ability to manage large project budgets including materials, HR, capital equipment and lab facilities * Able to travel
