Job Descriptions: 1. To manage the fulfilment of delivery and couriers services. 2. To manage the traffic team including service partners to meet set KPIs. - Responsible for the overall execution of delivery and courier services that includes: • Overseeing the transport network to ensure productivity targets are met. • Overseeing and engaging the courier and delivery teams to ensure services are performed as per service quality standards. • Managing the cost of deployment to meet preset targets. • Work with training to develop appropriate induction and refreshing trainings for couriers and delivery teams including those of service partners. • Track KPI set on the operation performance and process. Where necessary initiate working teams with relevant units or partners to develop solutions to meet or exceed KPI. • Develop a reliable pool of service partners to meet flexible deployment of deliveries. Customer Servicing - Account Servicing * Work jointly with account management team to service and review operation performance to key clients. * As part of customer servicing, understand customer needs from a total logistics solutions perspective and create opportunity to offer company's suite of products and services that would be relevant to the customers.
