Job description :
The Role:
* Project Management for oil and gas industry.
* Chartering and contractual of vessels such tugs, barges, offshore floating cranes and Hydraulic Trailers
* Vessel operations including from On Hire up to Off hire.
* Procurement of equipment such as ballast pumps, mooring ropes, slings etc
* Approving of Stow Plan, Mooring Arrangement, Transportation Manuals / Procedures
* Calculation of Stability (Intact & Damage), Ballasting, Bollard pull, Longitudinal Strength
* Control, tracking and logistics of cargo handling material and equipment
* Issuing of Cargo documentation
* Coordinating and liaising with vessels, Agent, Shippers and Stevedores for smooth loading and discharging operation
* Equipment inventory and storage of equipment in warehouse
* Planning and scheduling of vessel
* Communicating and reporting to Head Office and / or Branch Office
* Cost control and disbursements account
* Freight invoicing and calculation of laytime
* Liaising of customers and vessel requirement

Qualifications :
The Pre-Requisite:
* Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling heavy lift projects in oil and gas, mining, logistics or infrastructure industries.
* Meticulous and able to multi tasked.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Resourceful.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
