Job description :
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent will be responsible to identify, develop, and implement production process methods and improvements.
• Investigate and resolve work-in-process problems
• Analyze process statistics
• Recommend and implement process improvements and modifications
• Establish production/process standards
• Source for equipment, parts and supplies
• Ensure conformance to project requirements on specifications, quality, budget and timeliness
• Be accountable for equipment function and cost effectiveness, documentation completeness, accuracy, and retrieval ROI as well as process efficiency
• Troubleshoot when machine breakdowns

Qualifications :
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years of related experience
• Strong knowledge in process management principles and concepts, and quality systems
• Experience in project management, process implementation, and budget management is essential
• Demonstrated background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma analytical methodologies required
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and self motivated
• Strong problem analysis/solving skills as well as verbal and written communication skills is highly desired
