Job description :
Objectives and Responsibilities:
Your overall objective will be to raise the brand awareness, positioning, as well as sales revenues for the Singapore market:
Boutique Management:
• To leverage on the expansion and renewal/refurnishing of retail stores
• To manage a retail team (around 15 staff including Brand executives, store supervisors, sales assistants)
• To drive sales by having a strong hands-on approach
• To establish a solid communication with retail teams to optimize training, visual merchandising, branding, marketing, business intelligence…
• To understand the Brand Principal’s expectations (merchandising, branding, customer services...) and adapt them to Singapore market while complying with the international guidelines frame work.
Buying and Merchandising
• To initially work closely with the company management and retail team and input her/his passion, fashion acumen, experience and local market knowledge in the seasonal buying and collection merchandising process.
• To optimize seasonal brand merchandising, buying budget, promotion planning and ultimately sales revenues.
Budgeting and sales:
• To work closely with the company management on seasonal, yearly budgeting of retail and OTB
• To monitor sales analysis and liaise with company management and brand principal accordingly
• To drive sales to achieve budgeted targets
To report to Company Directors and liaise with Brand Principal Regional Office (located in HK)

Qualifications :
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2-3 years in similar role and minimum 5 years of overall experience with proven record of managing retail teams for distributor or brand Principal
• Solid and practical knowledge in retail operation, buying, sales management for fashion, bags, accessories for international brands.
• Thorough understanding of Singapore market and strong retail culture is a must
• Passionate, sense of fashion, results driven and good management skills.
• English is a must, other Asian languages are a plus
