Job description :
Responsibilities:-
Responsible for the operations of Customer’s Network infrastructure.
which includes :
* Network(including L4 Switch) Operation, Management, Implementation and design
* WAN network operation (MPLS), implementation and design
* Support network infrastructure setup/change/transition/design
* Internet environment upgrade planning and delivery
* Support for Network Devices Refresh(Test Network Configuration)
* Network Inventory Management
* Network Change Plan Calendar
* Wireless Lan Authentication System Operation and Management
* Capacity Analyzing tool Operation and Management
* Incident Management
* Analyzes technical problem and created solution using existing techniques and tools.
* Effectively negotiates with IBM and client team member

Qualifications :
Qualifications:-
* Bachelor’s Degree/MSc. in Computing /IT or Engineering
* Minimum 2-5 years’ hand-on experience in network operation
* Skills in implementing/setup Router, L2/L3 Switch, Load Balance Switch prefer Nortel Product or Nortel PABX, (CCNA or skill equivalent or CCNP)
* Exposure to providing ongoing support of Network infrastructure
* Exposure in handling other Data networking projects
* Must have experiences in network operation minimum 2-5 years
* Nortel network & Nortel VOIP product experience will be qualified
* Knowledge of Data LAN/WAN networking – Switching/Routing, FW operations
* Certification in Cisco platforms – mandatory (CCNA) or skill equivalent, optional (CCNP, CCVP, CCDP)
* Good command of English
