Job description :
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the managing all the customer touch points within the client organization, namely Corporate Sales, Retail Sales, Web Sales, Counter Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions
• Meet Client’s annual sales revenue targets, formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies and enhance Client’s customer service experience and brand image.
• Drive strategic accounts and partners relationships, and work closely with the internal business and functional units to ensure that all strategies and plans are aligned across the organization
• Play a pivotal role in supporting the senior management in achieving client’s vision to be a dominant player in Singapore CET Master Plan.
Specific Duties:
• Provide key strategic inputs at the company level to achieve client’s corporate vision in maintaining market leadership and expanding into new markets and areas of businesses
• Responsible for formulating sales and marketing strategies to become a strong number one market leader in the training and education sector.
• Develop key strategic alliances through government agencies, trade associations, education institutions and private sector companies for a holistic coverage of the training and education industry
• Work with Business Units to grow core businesses by increasing customer base, improving training programs penetration and to support rollout of new training program initiatives.
• Build clear brand image and market positioning through our social mission objectives and excellent customer experience
• Work with business operations, systems and finance teams to ensure that sales processes support downstream fulfillment activities.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
• Degree or Masters in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 10 years in sales and marketing business with 5 years in Senior Management position
• A good track record of break through achievement to bring sales performance to new heights
• Experience in leading several functional portfolios and strong operational management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience in managing sizable sales, marketing and customer service teams
• Experience in Channel development and strategic partnership management
• Knowledge in market intelligence mechanics
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills and able to adapt in a fast pace and dynamic environment
• Self-driven, highly resourceful and committed individual who thrives in a challenging start up environment
