Job description :
Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee the marketing operations - planning effective marketing plans, programs for either wholesale and/or retail activities.
* Strategize & execute marketing strategies for the company.
* Budget planning & direct accountability for the Marketing budget.
* Implementation of corporate communications programmes, which will encompass corporate reputation management, media relations, brand positioning & partnership- communications.
* Support statistical reporting, analysis of existing customers, recommend promotion & product strategies aiming at targeted customer segment to drive more revenue.
* Conduct market research to anticipate competitions, trends & translate consumers purchasing behaviour into new marketing & product branding directions.
* Oversee product launches & ensure success launch of ongoing promotional activities aimed at developing, conceptualising & enforcing marketing strategies for brand building.
* Any other ad hoc assignments assigned from time to time.

Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree with 3-5 years of brand management and/or marketing experience in Retail/FMCG/events management.
* Hands-on experience in launching brands is a MUST.
* Posses flair for fashion style.
* Familiar with analysing, evaluating P & L statement.
* Has good knowledge of retail or wholesale operations especially in the luxury goods industry.
* Good interpersonal skills, presentation, communication, initiative and drive for results are essential.
