Senior Regional Sales Manager , Singapore

Job description :
Key Responsibilities • Sell and promote the Company’s fire protection systems/ products while at the same time promoting other services at all times. • Identify market needs and developments managing the team to achieve sales target and in order to continuously increase sales volumes and profitability. • The primary focus of the position is to train and manages the sales staff to generate new business/ project and develop business relations with existing clients and key accounts. Works closely with General Manager on the sales and marketing planning and strategies. • Maintains and applies all company policies. Making suggestions and innovating as needed. • Prepares budgets and approves budget expenditures.

Qualifications :
Requirements • More than 8 years experience in sales process with more than 3 years in management position, strong knowledge and experience in sales process, strong coaching, influential and negotiation skills. • Good English communications and computer competencies. • Special skills : Strong problem solving, systematic and analytical thinking skill. Strong influential and negotiable skills. Work under pressure, Mature and high EQ.
