Job description :
The Business Development Executive will report to the Head of Business – Specialty Paper. The incumbent is responsible for leading the Business Development for the Specialty Paper Division.
Responsibilities:
* Market Intelligence:-
- Plan and define business intelligence projects and tasks which include qualitative & quantitative research, statistical reviews and data mining.
- Conduct analysis on industry trends, markets, financials, and statistical data used in market development activities
- Provide regular market / executive reports and updates on a monthly basis.
* Competitive Intelligences:-
- Set up and maintain a key company information warehouse
- Customer segmentation study
- Gather market information on pricing, competitors’ activities , current customers situation and demand trends
* Developing New Business:-
- Identify new business opportunities
- Define and execute business plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Bid Preparation:-
- Formulate, prepare and present proposals for new bids including strategic, business and deal structuring aspects and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop winning bids for targeted accounts.
* Managing Key Customer Accounts:-
- Focus on managing key customers accounts with a view to retaining and growing the business;

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Minimum with Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing
* Minimum 2 - 3 years of related sales/account servicing experience
* Outgoing personality, highly sociable and comfortable with meeting with new people
* Possess initiative, able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Preferably able to travel when required
* Mature with a pleasant personality and relationship-building skills with client
* Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin
