Job description :
Job Duties • To provide new business quotation for brokers, agents and direct clients. • To review, analyze and prepare renewal policies. • To send out renewal invitations and follow up on the renewals • To record and update renewal data and renewal status • To attend to phone enquiries regarding group products and policy matters. • To build rapport with brokers and agents through visitation and lunches. • To assist Management in the implementation of marketing strategies. • To assist in credit control / outstanding premium • To give product presentation to clients / brokers / agents upon request • To contribute and provide feedback for product development. • To conduct market survey and ensure our products and pricing are relevant and viable.
