Job description :
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quality products from laboratory sample scale to Production Trial Run scale and to application at site.
• Review production indication to ensure precise formulation of product, process flow items and equipment of QC inspection.
• Review the technical feasibility of incoming order for new products (new colours).
• Monitor all quality records pertaining to Technical Department (QA/QC Section).
• Plan and review the QA/QC Section objectives to ensure its consistency with Quality Policy.
• Evaluate raw materials to widen choice of suppliers, cost down on existing formulation.
• Maintain and improve existing formulation by working closely with non-conformance feedback from production on process flow, sales and customer on products applicability and performance.
• Provide technical service to troubleshoot complaint at site or recommendation on coating system.
• Make decision on the disposition of non-conforming products during in-coming, in-process and final QC inspection.
• Investigate Root Cause of non-conformance of products in Corrective Action Report and propose corrective measures. Liaise and co-ordinate with Production Executive over all production matters.
