Job description :
Roles & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the company regional customers receive an excellent level of service with their questions and services. You will be required to handle customers inquiries through incoming calls, web and email correspondences in a timely, efficient and professional manner. You will also be required to perform outgoing calls on following up status and inputting information into database.

Qualifications :
Pre-Requisite:
* GCE 'O' Level / ITE / Diploma with at least 6 months of working experience in customer service and/or call centre industry
* Applicants from Japan / Korea who are currently not residing in Singapore are welcome to apply for the position
* Possess experience in troubleshooting of IT hardware / has hardware technical background
* Fresh graduates welcome to apply
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
