Job Description:-
- To lead a QA Process team in allocating and dedicating tasks to support evaluation / production, and to train and coach QA Auditors
- To perform evaluation testing as detailed by QA Engineer and co-ordinate evaluation projects, such as planning resources to support testing, including protocol and report writing
- To maintain quality database and monitor quality performance trend for improvement
- To generate/update quality reports (Outgoing Quality performance, SSU PVD board, notification database, blocked stock)
- To assist the Quality Engineer for non-conformance analysis, customer complaint investigation, CAPA action plan and its closure, quality notification status and its closure
- To follow-up on feedback to supplier for non-conforming materials (non-RTV cases)
- To handle non-conforming products per non conformance product handling procedure
- To manage and maintain test equipment, such as fabricate proper fixtures, develop, update and maintain test procedures and usage of right tool.
- To perform test equipment set-up and conduct measurement system analysis
- To ensure master files are complete and properly maintained
- To conduct Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audit
- To revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- To manage and maintain calibration system in the T&C area. ie, ensure internal calibration of measuring equipment in accordance to established test procedures, arrangements to send measuring equipment to an accredited laboratory for external calibration, arranging defective equipment to a repairing vendor for servicing
- To have ISO 14001 accountability
