Job description :
Reporting to the Director, Supplier Quality, your duties will include:
Business Processes
To support the development of new business processes and way of working, ensuring regulatory compliance
To participate in the development of internal Supplier Quality processes and ensure that it meets quality standards
To obtain and input information in a systematic manner to systems so as to ensure effective and efficient utilization of supplier data
Information and Knowledge Management
To be responsible for the collection and revision of regulatory and technical information from Suppliers
To compile Quality and Technical Agreements to include accurate requirements from user sites
To compile an overview of vendor complaints from within the region to help identify risks and key areas for improvement
Metrics
To input and compile metrics to allow management review and improvement
Supplier Change Control
To ensure effective communication of change control information between suppliers and user sites as impacted by issues such as animal derive materials, residual solvents etc
Interfaces
To interface with Suppliers QA Managers, technical and sales staff to acquire required information
To act as an interface with user sites to collect requirements for inclusion in Quality and Technical Agreements

Qualifications :
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor in relevant discipline
Preferably with good knowledge in communication, customer focus, information search
Ability to function effectively across multiple cultures and geographic boundaries
Ability and willingness to maintain accessibility and rapidly respond to customers, staff and management
Some leadership experience preferred
