Job description :
THE JOB
*
Responsible for all the F&B Outlets and Banquet Departments
*
Concentrating on Revenue generating, Cost Management and F&B Brand Service Standards
*
Working with Executive/Master Chefs to plan, organize and execute all F&B activities
*
Monitoring productivity levels and taking corrective actions if necessary
*
Monitoring F&B Standards and Service through Quality Assurance and Feedback
*
Ensuring Brand Service Standards and Food and Beverage skills training are conducted in the outlets to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
*
Annual Operating and Capital Budgets.

Qualifications :
THE REQUIREMENTS
*
Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
*
5 to 10 years in a similar capacity with good knowledge of both Asian and Western cuisine
*
Excellent knowledge in Operations skills
*
Hands On Person, Demonstrated record of leadership, communication skills and achievements
*
Experience in F&B/Hospitality industry
*
Billingual in English and Mandarin
