Job Responsibilities:
* Builds customer counts & sales by ensuring our customers receive fantastic food and service
* Assesses skills of restaurant staff, then mentors and develops individuals
* Manages P&L and implements strategies that improve financial performance
* Executes company and concept systems and procedures
* Ensure and manage smooth daily operation of restaurant
* Develop and improve business strategies and profitability
* Train and coach staffs to maintain food quality, hygiene, ensure max customer service
* Allocate manpower accordingly on restaurant efficiency
* In charge of other restaurant ad hoc activities
