Job description :
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing and overseeing the outlets’ kitchen operations
* Responsible for food planning, menu planning, preparation, quality control, food costs, storage, manpower planning
* Manage, train and lead the kitchen staff and assist the Management in employment decisions as and when required
* Implement controls, maintain company policies and procedures

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess a relevant diploma or higher qualification from a accredited culinary school
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
* Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. Foreigners, preferably European are welcome
* Computer knowledge such as checking emails, working on spreadsheets and words is necessary
* Has positive Attitude
* Able to work under pressure
* Able to communicate in English
* Able to work on shifts which includes weekend and public holidays
