• Internet based Customer Service;
• Handle online enquiries and bookings and payment matters;
• To update the bookings into the reservation system;
• To review through the agent request;
• To assist customers in enquiries on all hotel products, including hotel reservations, bookings, cancellations and modifications.
• Manage daily queues for airlines, hotels and internal enquiries. Pro-actively provide service support to enquiries on Cruises, Travel Tools, or any other Activities offered.
• Fare calculation, ticketing issuing, update fare sheet information and other services as appropriate.
• Liaise with suppliers (transports / hotels / restaurants / attractions and other services);
• Co-ordinate land/ground services; Duty Officer for office 24 hours answering line;
• Assign suitable tours to the respective tour guides;
• Quality control checks on service providers;
• Assist on familiarization trips;
