Responsibilities
• Develop and understanding of overseas markets, market competition affecting the business and its strategic position
• Develop sales strategies, business development programmes to meet the changing trend affecting the industry
• Drive, sales performance, responsible to achieve sales target, profitability and growth in line with the company objectives
• Able to lead and manage a team of inbound consultants

Qualifications :
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Tourism Hospitality or other travel-related qualifications
• At least 5 years experience in Inbound operations and knowledge of travel related business
• Good contact with hotels, suppliers and overseas partners / operators
• Mature, initiative, resourceful with good networking
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Dynamic, result oriented and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven management experience in the travel industry
