Job description :
You will be a member of a professional team providing leadership and strategic directions, overseeing and ensuring the effective management of food & beverage operations for the Club.
Key responsibilities include monitoring overall food & beverage budgeting, operating cost and expenditure, participating in the planning and implementing of changes to the food & beverage operations in response to and in anticipation of changing needs of members, as well as focusing on staff training and career development.

Qualifications :
Requirement:
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Hotel / Catering Management
• Minimum 10 years of 5-star hotel working experience as an F&B Director managing the F&B Team.
• Ability to work closely with the Culinary Team
• Good knowledge of HACCP and ISO9001 is preferred
• Proven experience in planning, organizing and the execution of food & beverage marketing activities
• Creative with the ability to translate current and expected market and customer trends into business models
• A dynamic team player with excellent communication and people skills, as well as an analytical and anticipative mind would be an advantage
