The Job:
• Mandatory: background in medical industries travel, insurance or hospitality.
• Willing to travel overseas a few times a year, based in Singapore
• Responsible for managing new and on-going projects within the Operations Department.
• Negotiation of deals and improved agreements
• Coordination of information from to and to partners
• Product design and promotion
• Developing and maintaining partner relations.
• Utilization of partner services to develop products

Qualifications :
The Person:
• Degree with at least 5 years experience and proven track record in sales / medical / travel / insurance industries
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment within a new and rapidly developing market and company
• Ability to work easily and effectively across international borders Have the ability and authority to hold a senior position
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point
• Creative personality for product utilization and development
• Fluent in English, including reading and writing. Either a native speaker or at least 5 years of overseas experience;
• Great interpersonal, communication, organization and diplomatic skills to deal with regional and international cultural issues;
• Analytically minded with an eye for details;
• Self-confident, high energy levels, creative and capable of working independently
• Salary depending on experience, plus bonus and or commissions
• Comfortable working in senior environment, able to conduct meetings and close deals
• A plus; cultural experience and proficiency in a 2nd or 3rd language, such as Thai, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indonesian, Arabic, Malaysian, Taiwanese, Russian, German or other European languages.
