Job description :
The Job:
Management, organization, development and evaluation of the logistics department.
1. Keep track of day-to-day planning of staff work schedule.
2. Master all aspects/working methods of the work in the department.
3. Keep track of the quality standards and workflow. Initiate adjustments where necessary.
4. Liaise with external supplier eg travel agency
5. Liaise with internal departments on the coordination of work schedules/ work assignment requirements
Logistics specific:
1. Administer visas, travel and accommodation available and confirm to customer/personnel.
2. Update of division personnel planner using in-house software
3. Confirm the availability of applicable order tools with staff (checklist, scope, etc.).
4. Monitor order progress and communicate the updates to the relevant parties involved.
5. Upkeep the logistics information through in-house order system.
6. Source and assign resources for jobs planned and communicate with clients on mobilization.
