Job description :
The incumbents will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Club’s 80 pax continental signature restaurant and banquet operations for functions up to 200 pax., maintaining the quality of standard and service, P&L, staff development and productivity and administration and reports. These are challenging roles requiring your commitment to providing a high level of customer service and delivering results and being a perfect host.
 
Qualifications :
Prerequisites: * F&B Management Diploma/SHATEC/Hospitality Diploma * Has proven outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills. * At least 5 years experience in similar capacity * Familiar with wines and fine food. * Demonstrates superior ability in team building. * Meticulous and a keen eye for details. * Fluent in written and spoken English. * Enjoys working with people and can connect quickly and easily with customers from different ethnic groups.
