Job description :
The company is a global banking group that offers full range of active and discretionary structured & alternative investment advisory services to affluent families & investors globally with operations in 50 countries and employing more than 45000 investment professionals is in search for experienced Bank Operations and Loan Administrations Manager. Report to the Head of Operations for north Asia region to oversee the treasury settlement, loan administration, funding, nostro account, cash management and clients' account documentation management by heading up a team of 6 members. Active involvement in driving risk control projects and automating systems/workflow processes to achieve corporate and regulatory standards by working in close collaborated effort with Risk Management, Compliance and IT department. Assist department head in identifying any operational risk issues and formulate necessary measures to improve operational efficiency & accuracy. |

Qualifications :
Candidate profile:
* Degree holder in Banking/Business Administration/Finance preferred
* With 8 years+ experience in Operations settlement covering loans administration, FX operations, remittance/funds transfer processing and have a minimum of 5 years team management experience
* Excellent knowledge of the RTGS and Treasury products (FX/MM, Bills/Notes, FX derivatives) and Securities related products (Equity, Bonds, Funds and Structured Products)
* Good understanding of banking operations
* Strong people management and supervisory skills
* Proven capability in advising/working independently with senior management and line managers from front to back office in AP region.
* Self motivated, strong solution and implementation skills in identifying key issues, analyse the situation and formulates information clearly and convert plans into actions
* Strong risk management control–the ability to proactively monitor procedures, improve processes and mitigate risks
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Good written and spoken English communication skills
