Job description :
The role will be to oversee the management and financial reporting, tax planning, cash and foreign exchange operations, insurance and risk management functions.
Responsibilities•
• Manage cash positions, loan facilities, foreign exchange, investments and insurance;
. Fund Raising
• Analyze ways to improve operating performance through appropriate financial and deal structuring;
• Liaise with external auditors for annual financial audits, compliance reports, and valuations;
• Liaise with the Board, banks, government officials, and regulatory authorities;
• Manage exposure to interest rate, foreign exchange, credit and operational risk;
. Manage 6 staff members in the Finance team
