Job description :
Responsibilities:
* Set-up and develop a new relationship management team for the private banking business;
* In charge of the designated Team to manage client portfolio and maintain an excellent relationship with the high net worth clients. Provide directions, training and guidance to the team members on daily business;
* Develop and implement the sales and business plans, budget and manpower arrangement of the team;
* Achieve personal and the team’s business target; Provide professional advice on investment or asset allocation to the clients, identify bank products and services to meet the client’s needs to achieve the target revenue/ business;
* Monitor portfolio and review trading activities of the team members’ clients in accordance with the Company’s policies and guidelines to control the credit quality and risk exposure;
* Provide advice/ assistance to the overall Private Banking business strategy and the future development

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Degree holder or above
* A minimum of 10 years’ working experience in relationship management and private banking function within a reputation investment bank or financial institution;
* Sound knowledge of a wide range of financial products;
* Like challenges and energetic to set up a new team with excellent management skills;
* Strong relationship builder with extensive network;
* Effective presentation and marketing skills;
* Fluent English and Chinese, including Putonghua, a must
