Requirements:
* At least 3+ year experience in Web Design
* Strong and proficient in Photoshop, Flash and Action Script, Illustrator and / or Freehand, Dreamweaver and HTML
* With a creative mind, self-motivated
* Have a skills and expertise to successfully deliver on multiple projects at the same time.
* Must able to lead the team on responds to tight deadlines
