Job description :
Working as part of an international professional software development team building and deploying Medical Software Solutions. You will lead development of software at both a team lead and senior developer. Detailed responsibilities include: *Responsible for 3-4 developers/testers and a technical writer. *Supporting tasks of engineers in the development. *Ensure Change Management practices are followed and improved as needed. *Other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: Minimum of 7+ years experience with Database Software Development and 2+ years experience as Team Lead. Graduate Degree or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experience in: *Team Management (schedule, follow-up, technical support) *Full Life Cycle programming exposure *Strong Object Oriented knowledge *Delphi Development expert *Understand and react quickly to solve technical problems. * Microsoft SQL Server or/and Oracle skills * Client/Server applications development skills * Ability to interpret and work with an existing code base * Fluent verbal and written English or French communication skills
 
Experience :
A plus * Experience in medical domain
