QA Automated programmer , Hong Kong

Job description :
Responsibility *Analyze the function specifications and user requirements *Generate creative solutions to complex testing problems *Create project test plans based on development types such General Availability Release, Service Pack, etc *Analyze and create automated test scripts for application testing including regression testing and performance testing *Run regression testing and performance testing using automated test tools *Create test cases and test procedures *Manual execute various types of testing such as functional/integration testing , interface testing, usability and accessibility testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing *Report testing discrepancies/defects. *Ensure issues/defects found are properly tracked throughout the software lifecycle *Perform statistical analysis of test results to create test reports on the quality of the software *Needs to be a free thinker with ability to complete tasks independently/interdependently

Qualifications :
Requirement: *Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines *Minimum 3 years QA experience in IT area *Strong experience in at least one of the automated testing tools such as WinRunner, Rational Robot, Quick Test Professional etc. *Understand the software testing cycle and test approaches *Experience automated test scripts is necessary *Experience with SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, Oracle 9i, and Oracle 10g skills *Knowledge of SQL statement *Knowledge of writing test procedures/test cases/test plan, creating bug reports, and tracking assignments *Self motivated and able to work independently *Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player with outstanding analytical skills *Fluent in both written and spoken English or French *Work experience in healthcare system is plus but not necessary
