Job description :
The Opportunity:
* IT - Business Support System is responsible for the design and development of Business Support Systems for telecommunications services, and deployment of Enterprise Data. To ensure that the systems meet the dynamic and unique requirements of our business, it is our best practice to deploy Business Support Systems and develop our major software applications and systems internally instead of buying third-party packages.
* To ensure that our applications are professionally and efficiently constructed, we have invested heavily on staff training and in the use of modern software tools by having a full understanding of the technical environment.
Responsibilities:
Directly reporting to System Analyst / Project Leader, you will work jointly with other team members to implement in-house application development, perform testing and prepare technical documentation.

Qualifications :
Preferred Qualifications and Abilities:
* Degree Holder in Computer Science or equivalent
* Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in software development
* Knowledge in the following: Oracle RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Java, Structs, JDeveloper, Shell Scripts, Unix and Linux
* Familiar with the process of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
* Good communication skills and ability to work with users
* Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
* Experience in telecommunications / order management / billing system is an advantage
* PL/SQL, Java knowledge is preferable
