Regional Training Manager, Hong Kong

Job description :
It is a great opportunity for retail training professional, who speaks fluent English, Chinese or one Asian language. To join, you must have at least 3 years of training experience, preferably in retail business, experience in delivering training, developing training policy and materials. Will travel intensively in the Asia Pacific Region, must speak fluent English, and conduct training in English. Responsibilities: • To formulate training policy, to develop training materials and to deliver. • To travel throughout Asia Pacific and work closely with Head of sales in order to investigate training needs to determine training delivery approach for the region • To maximize training impact for sales team • To formulate and monitor training budget • To communicate with headquarter to formulate training goals, guidelines and menu etc.

Qualifications :
Requirements: • Degree holder in human resources, psychology, or other related discipline. • Have at least 3 years of experience in training, preferably from a retail chain stores, cosmetics, beauty salon, luxury products, jewellery, etc. • Fluency in English and Mandarin. • Able to travel throughout Asia Pacific
